Abraham Knickabaker, labourer, was registered as a Freeman of New York City, 6 May, 1760 ("Burghers and Freemenn of New York", New York Historical Society Collections, 1885, p. 194).

He was married to Geertruid VAN DEUSEN on 28 Nov 1754 in New York, NY.⁽¹⁾ Geertruid VAN DEUSEN was baptized on 21 Mar 1733 in New York, NY.⁽¹⁾ Daughter of Johannes Van Deusen and Geertje Minthorne. Abraham KNICKERBOCKER and Geertruid VAN DEUSEN had the following children:

176 i. Elizabeth KNICKERBOCKER was baptized on 2 Jul 1755 in New York, NY.⁽¹⁾ Baptised at RDC. Sponsors Harmon Knickerbocker and Elizabeth Van Deursen.
177 ii. Abraham KNICKERBOCKER was baptized on 14 Mar 1759 in New York, NY.⁽¹⁾ Sponsors Harnonus Knickerbocker and Heyltje Ryt, widow of J. Ryt. Abraham Knickerbacker, cartman, at a Common Council held 30 March, 1784, was sworn and admitted as a Freeman of New York City and ordered to be registered (Burghers and Freeman of New York, p. 243).
178 iii. John KNICKERBOCKER was born on 17 Sep 1768 in New York, NY.⁽¹⁾ He was baptized in New York, NY.⁽¹⁾ Baptized at First Moravian church.
