546. Jonas KNICKERBOCKER was born on 5 Nov 1813.(1) He died on 10 Mar 1896.(1) He was baptized in Mt. Ross, Dutchess, NY.(1) For twelve years Jonas was partner with Col. Silas Harris in the manufacture of Harris scythes. After his partner's death he continued the business for two years, then went into the hardware business. He retired in 1886.
He was married to Jane C. DRAKE. Jane C. DRAKE died on 8 Mar 1895 in Pine Plains, Dutchess, NY. (1) Daughter of Samuel Drake of Amenia, NY.
